Ways to Begin
Beginning with your Story
Our first session is a space to understand what brings you here, your experiences, and what you hope to work towards.
Finding a Way Forward
Together we make sense of what matters to you and shape a plan that feels meaningful and supportive for you.
The Ongoing Work
From here, sessions focus on exploring patterns, building insight, strengthening coping skills, & creating meaningful change.
Checking In Along the Way
We regularly reflect on your progress and feedback, so the counseling process can continue to meet your needs.
Bringing Therapy to a Close
When you feel ready, we reflect on your journey, recognize the progress you have made, and prepare for moving forward independently.
Whether you are looking for support, clarity, or simply more space for yourself, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are. The Co-Wellness Space is something I believe will offer a place where you can pause, check in with yourself, and feel supported in your own way and at your own pace.

A gentle starting point for those arriving here for the first time. This session is a space to share what has been on your mind and explore what kind of support feels right for you at this point in your life. The therapist-client relationship can act as a gentle bridge between where you are and where you hope to be. Let’s begin with a consultation to see if this feels like the right fit.

A one-on-one space that offers room to check in with yourself more deeply, explore what feels important, and stay connected to your mental wellbeing over time. Here we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with care and compassion. The sessions focus on providing support for the harder moments and the quieter inner work of growing and grounding yourself.

In families, where relationships across generations can be closely interconnected, differences around communication, boundaries, caregiving, marriage, parenting, or changing family roles can sometimes feel difficult to navigate. Family counseling offers a supportive space for family members to understand one another better, communicate more openly, work through recurring patterns, and find healthier ways of relating, while respecting the values that matter to the family.

An initiative that echoes your commitment to the well-being of your staff and students. Part-time mental health counseling service for schools that offers students a safe space to feel heard, supported, and understood. This service helps identify concerns early and supports students through stress, anxiety, family challenges, peer relationships, academic pressure, and emotional growth. Based on the school’s needs, I offer focused group sessions, open-door brief individual counseling, and support for teachers/staff as they care for students.

Practical, hands-on small group sessions on joy, sleep, emotional regulation, nervous-system reset, and team building. A workshop-style mental well-being service for corporations, business organizations, and teams. These sessions are designed to create space for employees and teams to pause, reflect, and better understand their emotional well-being at work and beyond. Workshops can be curated around the organization’s needs, including stress, burnout, communication, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and workplace connection. The goal is to support people not only as professionals but as humans navigating the pressures of everyday work.

Your organization reserves a set number of counseling sessions each month, giving employees the flexibility to book support when they need it and at a time that works for them. (No lengthy approvals. No complicated processes.) The aim is to help your employees feel supported enough to show up well — at work and in the rest of their lives. Investing in mental well-being strengthens the workplace as a whole, contributing to better morale, stronger retention, healthier relationships, and more resilient teams.
